Subject: SPIE Job Fair in Baltimore - Student Opportunties
Hi David,
My name is Sara Liebert and I work for SPIE – The International Society for Optics and Photonics. We will be holding a Job Fair at our annual Defense, Security + Sensing Exhibition and Conference and I am contacting you to see if you would notify your students of our upcoming event. The Defense, Security + Sensing 2013 Job Fair will be held at The Baltimore Convention Center, April 30th and May 1st from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Top employers in the scientific community will be recruiting, screening, and hiring candidates. We are anticipating nearly 20 companies to exhibit in the Job Fair and this is a great way for your students to meet face to face with employers in the industry.
If possible, I would like to send you a flyer of the Job Fair to display in your Physics and Astronomy Department where it would get exposure to applicable students. If you are interested, please send me your department mailing address and I will send materials your way. Please visit our website for more information about SPIE and the DSS Job Fair: www.spie.org/DSSjobfair
